Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with clients, including volunteering, education, or military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Able to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow in-person and on the phone, serving as first point of contact and referrals.
• Deliver hospitality and relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen opportunities.
