Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking an Associate Banker II for a part-time, on-site role at 918 Bethlehem Pike, Montgomeryville, PA. You will serve as the hospitality ambassador, guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience while handling basic consumer account needs.

You will educate clients on banking products, assist with everyday transactions, and connect customers to specialists as needed while upholding TD’s risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience working with clients preferred.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing environment is a plus.
• Able to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow as the first point of contact, delivering hospitality-driven banking experiences.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities and connect them to specialists as needed.
• Handle everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening client relationships.
• Identify client needs, initiate referrals to appropriate partners, and support customers with a high-touch service approach.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk controls in all client interactions.
