Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients is preferred or demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing financial institution is preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center.
• Creates personalized client-first interactions to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments for consumer accounts.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence, risk awareness, and compliant outcomes.
