Qualifications

• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being, connecting them to specialists as needed.
