The role supports therapists, maintains clinic operations, and ensures patient safety and satisfaction in a busy rehab setting.

Ideal candidates are current students or hold a High School Diploma, available for 10 hours weekly, with basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office) and good communication.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or have a High School Degree.
• Available Part-Time (10 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to therapy patients, therapists, staff, and clients in a fast-paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Perform daily clinic maintenance: clean treatment tables, change linens, stock supplies.
• Keep exercise equipment orderly and safe for patients.
• Assist therapists by setting up equipment and modalities for patient exercises.
• Communicate observations with therapists during patient exercise sessions.
• Print home exercise programs under clinician direction.
• Inventory clinical and non-clinical materials.
• Support front desk tasks: check-in patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, answer phones.
• Provide daily support to rehab staff and management.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient identity.
