Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) seeks a Rehabilitation Technician at our Lindenhurst Rehab Services location to assist clinicians and support daily clinic operations. This part-time role emphasizes patient care, time management, and teamwork in a busy orthopedic setting.

You will help with patient preparation, treatment setup, and front desk duties while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and a student or have a High School Diploma.
• Part-Time Schedule (15 hours per week) available.
• Available for opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to therapy patients and staff.
• Support clinicians during treatment sessions and setup equipment.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with front desk tasks: check-in, scheduling, and copying forms.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and protect patient information.
• Print home exercise programs under clinician direction.
