Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Must be currently enrolled in school or a high school graduate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication to patients, therapists, and staff.
• Daily clinic maintenance including cleaning, stocking supplies, and organizing equipment.
• Assist clinicians with exercise programs and patient setup on equipment.
• Support front desk tasks such as scheduling, check-in, and co-pays when needed.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient identity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional attendance.
