Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Technician at our Crystal Lake site. You will support clinicians, maintain the clinic, and ensure smooth patient flow in a busy orthopedic rehab setting.

Ideal candidates are students or have a high school degree, available for 20 hours weekly, with strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or have a High School Degree.
• Must be available for 20 hours per week, variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication to therapy patients, therapists, physician staff, and clients in a fast paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Daily clinic maintenance: cleaning treatment tables and equipment, changing linen, stocking supplies.
• Keep exercise equipment orderly and safe for patients.
• Assist clinicians by setting up exercises and modalities.
• Print home exercise programs under clinician direction.
• Inventory of clinical and non-clinical materials.
