Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) in Rosemont is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support therapists in an orthopedic rehab setting. You will assist with exercise programs, prepare treatment areas, and help maintain a patient-focused, efficient clinic.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient care under supervision, front-desk support when needed, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while delivering excellent service. Availability of at least 12 hours per week is required.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma minimum required or currently enrolled.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work a minimum of 12 Hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to therapy patients, therapists, physician staff, and clients in a fast paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Daily clinic maintenance: cleaning treatment tables and equipment, stocking supplies.
• Assist therapists with carrying out exercise programs for patients, including setup on equipment.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines by protecting patient privacy and data.
• Support front desk duties: check-in patients, schedule appointments, take co-pays, and manage phones.
