Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a Full-Time Rehabilitation Technician for our Downers Grove location. The role supports clinicians in delivering orthopedic rehab services and enhances patient experience by delivering quality care and teamwork.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists with exercise programs, maintaining clinic cleanliness, and performing front-desk duties as needed. Part-time availability is required and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or have a High School Diploma.
• Available Part-Time (10 hours per week).
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office; strong communication and customer service are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients in a fast-paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Maintain clinic setup and cleanliness of treatment areas and equipment.
• Assist therapists with exercise setups and patient care under supervision.
• Schedule appointments, check in patients, and handle front-desk tasks as needed.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA guidelines.
