Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is hiring a Part Time Rehabilitation Technician at our Chicago Park Ridge location. This role supports clinicians and therapists in delivering orthopedic care, emphasizing patient assistance and efficient clinic operations.

As a rehab tech, you’ll help with exercise setups, patient communication, and routine clinic tasks while upholding HIPAA and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have a minimum of 12 hours of availability per week.
• Must be a current student or be a high school graduate.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to therapy patients and staff.
• Daily clinic maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Assist clinicians with exercise programs and setup on equipment.
• Communicate observations to therapists during patient sessions.
• Print home exercise programs for patients under clinician direction.
• Inventory of clinical and non-clinical materials.
• Support front desk tasks including check-in, scheduling, and co-pays.
