Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Technician at our Westmont site. The role supports clinicians in orthopedic rehab, provides excellent patient care, and helps maintain clinic operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include patient check-in, scheduling, equipment setup, and printing home exercise programs under supervision. HIPAA compliance and professionalism are required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required.
• Available to work 25 hours per week.
• Must be a current student or have graduated from high school.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and therapists in a fast-paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Assist clinicians with therapy sessions and setup of equipment and modalities.
• Perform daily clinic maintenance, stock supplies, and keep treatment areas organized.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and protect patient identity.
• Check in patients, schedule appointments, and handle basic front-desk duties as needed.
• Print home exercise programs under clinician direction and assist with patient care.
