Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Baker City, OR is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Days Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Therapy team. The role includes routine and emergency procedures, vent management, pulmonary diagnostics, and collaboration with physicians in a high-quality care environment.

The position offers day shift hours (6am-6:30pm) with on-call responsibilities following scheduled shifts and potential sign-on/relocation incentives for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice respiratory care in the state of Oregon.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NBRC.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS; NRP/ACLS/PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments, ventilator management, and pulmonary diagnostics.
• Administer medicated aerosols and airway clearance therapies.
• Provide emergency respiratory support and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
