Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, ID is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Therapy team. This role performs routine and emergency procedures, including ventilator management, airway care and bronchoscopy support, following physician orders and established protocols.

The position offers a PRN, part-time schedule with Day 1 benefits eligibility and potential sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice respiratory care in Idaho or Oregon.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NBRC.
• BLS certification at hire; ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
• Additional SAHS certifications may be required as identified in the SAHS Crosswalk.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessment and ventilator management.
• Conduct pulmonary diagnostics and ABG analysis.
• Provide airway care and delivery of medicated aerosols.
• Assist bronchoscopy and arterial line placement.
• Routinely round with physicians and mentor staff.
• Complete all mandatory training requirements on time.
