Atlanta Technical College seeks a Full-Time Enrollment Assistant to support enrollment and student services on campus. You will help applicants navigate admissions, enter records in BANNER, and ensure accurate, confidential handling of student data.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High school diploma or equivalent and six months of related work experience.
• Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree or higher and one year of related work experience.
• Knowledge of FERPA and experience with a Student Information System (Banner) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day enrollment and student service operations of the department.
• Assist prospective and current students with admissions and enrollment processes.
• Review and enter student information into the college’s SIS (Banner) and other platforms.
• Monitor records for completeness and follow up to ensure timely enrollment.
• Provide information on admissions, registration, and enrollment deadlines.
• Maintain accurate, confidential student and enrollment records.
• Perform data entry, document processing, scanning, filing, and correspondence.
• Stay current with admissions regulations and enrollment procedures.
• Refer students to appropriate campus resources as needed.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
