Responsibilities

• Post job openings and attract qualified candidates.
• Review applications and resumes against requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screening interviews.
• Track candidates and maintain applicant records.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and management.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process with timely follow-up.
• Assist with reference checks and other pre-employment activities.
• Help coordinate onboarding paperwork and first-day logistics.
