Job summary

York Law Corporation is seeking a part-time Recruiter & HR Support Coordinator in Sacramento, CA. The role combines full-cycle recruiting with HR support, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and help optimize onboarding processes to support firm growth. The position offers a hybrid/remote option for qualified candidates, about 20 hours per week, and a pay rate of $26.00–$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional, administrative, legal, or HR roles.
• Hands-on with ATS, Isolved, ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for legal, administrative, and operations positions.
• Draft and post job advertisements across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.
• Track and report recruiting KPIs and onboarding metrics.
• Source active candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, candidate assessments, and preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and firm leadership.
• Perform reference checks.
• Recommend qualified candidates and provide hiring team feedback.
