Job summary

Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a motivated Part-Time Recruiting Intern for our Creve Coeur, MO office (St. Louis area). The internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting, HR operations, interviewing, and talent acquisition.

You will support our Recruiting Director, help manage job postings and applicant records, and liaise with universities and recruitment partners while gaining exposure to multi-state family-law HR practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, business, management, or communications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Typing speed around 45 WPM.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in recruiting or HR.
• Prior recruiting or office experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contacting, screening, and interviewing applicants for positions.
• Assist with managing the Firm's Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist with posting and maintaining job openings across platforms.
• Help review applications, resumes, assessments, and interview materials.
• Assist with background checks, employment references, and pre-employment documentation.
• Support various HR and recruiting initiatives.
• Build relationships with applicants, universities, community organizations, and recruiting partners.
• Assist with recruiting reports and hiring metrics.
• Work collaboratively with Firm leadership and other departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
