Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business Admin, Management, Communications or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR Director.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and employee records.
• Assist with employee relations and HR projects.
• Support onboarding and HR initiatives.
• Assist with compensation, benefits administration and org development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
