Job summary

Mission Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced fintech recruiting team in New York. This role centers on interview coordination, candidate experience, recruiting operations, and supporting recruiters throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities include partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, managing candidates in Greenhouse, and maintaining ATS data and workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
• Experience in fast-paced technology/fintech environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI/recruiting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process and ensure timely feedback in Greenhouse.
• Provide a high-touch candidate and interviewer experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, recruiting documentation, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes through automation and technology.
• Provide recruiting updates and pipeline reports to hiring managers.
• Support recruiters with resume screening, sourcing, and candidate identification.
• Assist with structured interview planning and recruiting initiatives.
