Job summary

Waterway is hiring a part-time Recruiting Associate to join our hourly recruiting team. This entry-level role will be the first contact for candidates applying to Waterway’s part-time store operations roles and will provide a first-class candidate experience.

The position offers a flexible schedule, typically 18-24 hours per week, with daytime hours and some rotating weekend/holiday coverage, based at our Chesterfield, MO office.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Organized with attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks.
• No prior recruiting experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates promptly to schedule phone screens.
• Conduct effective phone interviews evaluating qualifications and match to store positions.
• Schedule in-person store interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with store GMs on interview availability and needs.
• Create a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Promote Waterway to potential candidates and source leads via schools, referrals, and job boards.
• Update candidate records and documentation in ATS and other systems.
• Schedule days to maximize interview time and complete administrative tasks.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
