Job summary

York Law Firm is seeking a highly organized RecruiterHR Support Coordinator to lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR support initiatives. The role supports talent acquisition for legal, administrative, and operational roles and emphasizes process improvement and data-driven hiring.

The position offers a flexible hybrid/remote option for qualified candidates in Sacramento, approximately 20 hours per week, with a pay range of $26.00–$30.00 per hour and direct reporting to the Business

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience recruiting for professional, administrative, legal, operations, or HR positions.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, Isolved, ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of California employment and hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for legal, administrative, and operations positions.
• Draft and post job advertisements across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
• Track and report recruiting KPIs and onboarding metrics.
• Source active candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, candidate assessments, and preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and firm leadership.
• Perform reference checks.
• Recommend qualified candidates and provide hiring team feedback.
