Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR support or administrative coordination preferred.
• Experience in youth programs, education or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain job listings across recruitment platforms.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and required paperwork.
