Police Athletic League in New York, NY seeks a Borough Coordinator to manage the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) contract. You will supervise staff, recruit participants, coordinate enrollment, and develop worksites while ensuring contract compliance and high quality experiences for youth and partners.

The role involves year-round workforce development support, stakeholder relations, and collaboration with PAL departments. Travel to borough sites and occasional evenings may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the requirements.
• 1–2 years of youth employment, workforce development, education, human services, program coordination or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs and supervising staff preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate SYEP staff.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, lottery selection, enrollment, orientation, placement, and onboarding.
• Oversee day-to-day SYEP contract operations and ensure compliance with DYCD and PAL requirements.
• Develop and maintain worksite partnerships and supervise attendance and payroll processes.
• Prepare routine reports and monitor data related to participation and outcomes.
