As a Part-Time Recruiter at AWL Automation, you will support the organization’s talent acquisition efforts by identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for regular, temporary, and other assigned positions. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will help manage recruiting activities from job posting and initial outreach through applicant screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
You will use job boards, social media, applicant databases, staffing partners, schools, and community resources to build candidate pipelines and promote open positions. You will review applications, conduct initial screening interviews, respond to applicants, maintain accurate recruiting records, monitor candidate progress and lead times, and provide timely updates to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
