Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Must be a self-starter and a critical thinker.
• Previous applicant tracking software is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, detailed, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and completing necessary paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Utilize Paycor ATS for candidate outreach and processing new hires.
