Job summary

Divided Sky Foundation seeks a part-time Business Development Coordinator (20 hours/week) to build partnerships and awareness within the Vermont behavioral health community. The role requires on-site work at our Ludlow facility and regular statewide travel.

You will leverage relationship-building skills, knowledge of recovery resources, and CRM to identify opportunities and support the recovery-focused mission. Travel year-round within Vermont is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in behavioral health setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of the Vermont recovery landscape required.
• Strategic territory management while maintaining strong visibility in the market.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM database.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Account development including new accounts in the Vermont market and maintenance of existing accounts.
• Help develop and maintain a census for Divided Sky's Residential Recovery Program.
• Serve as the face of Divided Sky in the market; build and expand referral relationships.
• Liaise with referral partners to assess needs and resolve problems.
• Schedule and host on-site tours for the Vermont referral community.
• Represent Divided Sky at conferences and events to develop referrals.
• Document meeting activity in the CRM database.
• Other duties as assigned.
