Divided Sky Foundation is seeking a Part-Time Business Development Coordinator (20 hours/week) to build partnerships within Vermont's behavioral health community and support recovery work. You will identify opportunities, cultivate referrals, and travel across Vermont to raise awareness of the Divided Sky recovery model.
The ideal candidate loves people, is organized, and can manage a flexible schedule while working remotely within Vermont.
Divided Sky Foundation is looking for an energetic, organized, and mission-driven Part-Time Business Development Coordinator (20 hours per week) to join our exceptional team and help support recovery work that changes lives. Our approach is rooted in a 12-step, abstinence-based model and grounded in the belief that recovery is not only possible, but that it can also be meaningful, connected, creative, and joyful.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves people, cares deeply about service, and enjoys bringing order, heart, and follow-through to important work. In this role, you will use your exceptional relationship-building skills and knowledge of 12-step recovery, treatment and recovery resources, levels of care and other behavioral health resources within the state of Vermont to identify new partnership opportunities and build awareness of the Divided Sky recovery model.
You will be part of a dedicated, high-energy team that believes in showing up for one another and for the people we serve. We value enthusiasm, integrity, kindness, perseverance, professionalism, and a strong sense of shared purpose. If you are a thoughtful communicator, a detail-oriented organizer, and someone who finds meaning in helping others thrive, we would love to hear from you!
Our work is serious, meaningful, and deeply human, but it is also filled with moments of joy, connection, music, gratitude, and celebration. We believe recovery opens the door to a fuller life, and our team works every day to help make that possible.
As Part-Time Business Development Coordinator, you will actively play a part in developing connections and partnership opportunities within the Vermont behavioral health community to support individuals on their recovery journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking part-time employment (20 hours per week) in recovery-centered work, enjoys building relationships, managing their own schedule, thinking strategically, and traveling around the beautiful state of Vermont year-round. This is a fully remote position focused within the state of Vermont. This role reports to our Director of Business Development.
The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of 12-step, abstinence-based recovery within the Vermont recovery landscape. You do not need to have every preferred qualification, but you should be excited by the opportunity to support a recovery-centered mission and contribute to a team that takes the work seriously while also celebrating the joy, creativity, and connection that recovery makes possible.
