Job summary

Divided Sky Foundation is seeking a Part-Time Business Development Coordinator (20 hours/week) to build partnerships within Vermont's behavioral health community and support recovery work. You will identify opportunities, cultivate referrals, and travel across Vermont to raise awareness of the Divided Sky recovery model.

The ideal candidate loves people, is organized, and can manage a flexible schedule while working remotely within Vermont.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of 12-step, abstinence-based recovery within Vermont.
• Ability to identify new partnership opportunities and build awareness of the recovery model.
• Experience working in behavioral health or recovery-focused settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop connections and partnership opportunities within the Vermont behavioral health community.
• Support individuals on their recovery journey by expanding referral networks.
• Manage scheduling, travel across Vermont, and CRM activity documentation.
• Represent Divided Sky Foundation at community and recovery events.
