Qualifications

• Must be available some weekend hours.
• Knowledge of office equipment and basic computer use (Word, Excel).
• Clerical/administrative experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone, answer, screen, or forward calls and schedule appointments.
• Greet residents, families and employees and direct them to destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information following HIPAA guidelines.
• Monitor entrance to ensure residents are not unattended.
• Multi-task with light clerical work and assist other staff as requested.
