Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices or residents.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system and route calls appropriately.
• Provide directions and information to visitors and staff.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and maintain route publications.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and professional demeanor.
• Assist Administrative staff and support the Business Office Manager as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements and ensure patient privacy.
• Document actions and irregularities to maintain continuity among teams.
