Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a part-time Receptionist for weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am). The role greets visitors, answers calls, and supports administrative tasks while upholding HIPAA requirements.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, and a high school diploma. Prior long-term care experience is a plus; background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in long-term care or receptionist role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer inquiries at the front desk.
• Operate multi-line phone system and direct calls.
• Provide directions to visitors and residents.
• Receive and sort mail; support administrative tasks.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain reception area.
• Assist Business Office with basic tasks as needed.
