Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and staff. You will handle inquiries, greet visitors, and support daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and use basic computer software. Weekend hours are Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours each day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Manage and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
• Maintain accurate records, filing, and data entry
• Assist with scheduling, room assignments, and special requests
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or personal information
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator or Department leadership
