The Charles Nedder Team in Greenwich, CT is seeking an Inside Real Estate Sales Agent to grow client relationships and connect buyers with their dream homes. You will engage in meaningful conversations, present options, and guide clients through the closing process with support from an advanced tech stack and team collaboration.

Base pay is provided with bonuses for each closed deal, and a Connecticut real estate license is preferred to start quickly and contribute to our growing local market.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for client conversations.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Understanding of local real estate market and processes in CT.
