Job summary

Read Better Be Better in Phoenix, AZ is seeking part-time After-School Literacy Program Coaches to guide a cohort of Readers and Leaders. The role focuses on reading instruction, curriculum progress, and a safe, welcoming classroom after school.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidates are enrolled in a relevant degree program (i.e. teaching, educational studies, youth & early childhood development, social justice, etc.) OR have experience working with children in a school setting.
• Classroom management skills and a patient personality are key components we look for in our Program Coaches.
