Butterfly Effects in Florida seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in school and after-school hours. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to drive meaningful progress.

We offer part-time hours (9–20 per week), competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA with educational and financial support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification with Medicaid credentials.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience with children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client's progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and/or life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and the treatment team.
• Maintains confidentiality and completes daily paperwork accurately.
