Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in-home and at clinics. You'll collaborate with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and to support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

New hires can receive paid training and exam fee coverage to help you launch your RBT career.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum strongly valued.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes/clinics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to families and caregivers.
• Provide basic care support as needed.
