Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Arizona is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, working with a BCBA and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

You’ll receive paid training and support to launch your career, with opportunities for advancement, bilingual pay, premium rates for after-hours sessions, and weekly supervision as you grow toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clients.
• RBT certification preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
