Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver individualized sessions, build communication and daily living skills, and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
