Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in-home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required — training provided.
• Prior experience working with children; ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, feeding).
