Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under BCBA supervision. You’ll build communication, social, and daily living skills, with paid training and support to help you launch your career.

We offer premium pay for after-hours sessions, bilingual pay, weekly BCBA supervision, and opportunities for advancement as you gain certification and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — we provide training and support to help you succeed.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
