Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to provide compassionate, high-quality services in-home within ~20 miles of your location.

We offer paid training, cover the RBT exam cost, and provide support to help you succeed. Premium pay after 5 PM and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
