Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is hiring a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in‑home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work closely with a BCBA and care team to implement personalized plans, track progress with CentralReach, and communicate with families.

Training is provided if not yet certified, with exam costs covered and pay increased after certification. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a commitment to a consistent weekly

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• RBT certification preferred, but training and exam cost covered if not yet certified.
• Experience with children with ASD strongly preferred.
• Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions in home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
