Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in homes and clinic settings within roughly 20 miles of your home.

You will work with a BCBA and care team to implement behavior plans, track data in CentralReach, and communicate progress to families, with paid training if not yet certified and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience with children, ASD preferred.
• Ability to travel to client homes within 20 miles; reliable transportation required.
• Commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to assist with activities (lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
