Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based, under supervision of a BCBA.

We cover training and the RBT exam, with flexible weekly schedules, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth through supervision, raises, and internal career pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required — training provided.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Experience working with children; ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or at clinic.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed ( toileting, eating ).
