Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑to‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation; travel up to 30 miles.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided.
• Experience with children, ASD preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.

• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
