Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD, under BCBA supervision. Training will be provided, including coverage of the RBT exam costs, with opportunities to advance and earn bilingual premium pay where applicable.

You’ll deliver individualized sessions, implement behavior plans, and track progress using CentralReach, while coordinating with families and the care team to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (Travel up to 30 Miles).
• RBT certification preferred, but not required — training provided.
• Prior experience working with children, ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
