Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based services in home or clinic settings.

Training is provided, RBT certification is preferred but not required, and you’ll earn enhanced pay for bilingual sessions and after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum is strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and clinics.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule and travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision from BCBA.
• Maintain program notebooks and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care support as needed (e.g., toileting, feeding).
