Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver one-on-one therapy, implement behavior plans, track data, communicate progress to caregivers, and participate in ongoing training and supervision. We offer paid RBT training, bilingual pay, and clear pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum age 18 and reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use data-tracking tools and communicate progress to caregivers.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Provide basic care as needed.
