Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring part-time RBTs to work 1:1 with children who have autism or developmental delays. Sessions occur in the child’s home, clinic, or school, typically 2–3 hours, with caseloads tailored to your availability.

You will assist with communication, social and daily living skills, supported by BCBA-designed plans, and receive supervision, training, and growth opportunities within BTS.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and enthusiastic individuals who love helping children.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification is required or in-progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through engaging activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
